Vehicle FAQs:
Can I make my vehicle faster?
All mopeds and scooters can be made to go faster by improving fuel, air and exhaust flow. It should also be noted here that typically performance kits void manufacturer warranties. They often also make reliable engines less trustworthy, usually in proportion to the extremeness of the modification.
Are these vehicles legal in my state?
Vehicles sold on this site are legal in most states. Each state has different state laws and requirement. Please check with your local DMV/RMV for state specific requirements such as registration, age requirements and helmet laws prior to any purchase. California residents require C.A.R.B. approval (California Air Resolution Board) to be legal in the state of California.

How do I start my Moped Scooter?
- Step 1: Place scooter on parking stand (stand is located towards the rear of scooter next to kick starter).
- Step 2: Put key into ignition and turn it to the (on) position. Note: Make sure kill switch is in the (on) position.
- Step 3: Put unleaded gas into scooter (premium gas recommended).
Note: Make sure you have the fuel line connected to the carburetor. It is located on the left side of the bike underneath the seat there is a compartment that exposes the carburetor and what you are looking for will be either a brass nub 3/4 of an inch long or a hollow nub. You may not see it, but you should be able to feel it if you are standing on the left side of the bike.
- Step 4: Kick start scooter 6-7 times to build compression. Note: Do not pull on throttle or it will flood the carburetor.
- Step 5: Now use the electric start (hold in rear left brake lever and press button on right that looks like lightning bolt). Hold for 3-4 seconds. Note: Do not hold it in any longer than 5 seconds at a time or you will burn the starter.
- Step 6: Repeat sequence 6-7 times.
- Step 7: Once started adjust idle speed if needed. Note: To adjust idle lift up seat and in engine compartment on the top towards the farthest side of the carburetor is a Gold Phillip screw attached onto a spring. Turn clockwise until it is set to your preference.
