At Scooters Go Green, we value your complete satisfaction. As we warranty our products scooters are non-refundable. In the event of an warranty problem that can not be repaired Scooters Go Green will replace your scooter at no additional charge.
- Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, all clothing and helmets are non refundable.
- To maintain our quality control all replacement parts are non refundable.
- Accessories are refundable provided they are in origional packaging. Returns must be made within two (2) weeks of purchace. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
